I asked same thing. They do answer quickly. To me country of origin is no big deal either way but its nice to know they make their own stuff.

I just tried with my credit card and got the same thing. It went through with PayPal though.

Unfortunately I don’t have any carbon fiber shafts to compare it to. I think it transfers more power/spin than my 12.5mm wood shafts(MasonH micarta ferrule)with a little less deflection.
I make my own wood shafts and have been considering trying to assemble my own carbon fiber shafts(blanks) for a while. Considering 1 blank from a trusted source was about $100 shipped, I couldn’t say no. Saved me some machining.
I have the Revo 30’ 12.4
Deflection of Rhino seems similar, (I’m no expert)
The weight of the Rhino 12.4 is .155 oz lighter than Revo
The taper is a little different
The balance point on the Rhino is further back.

I finally broke down and ordered one just o satisfy my curiosity. My Paypal account was nearly empty and I didn't want to bother transferring money, then I saw the little message under the Paypal logo that said "more payment options".
I clicked onto that message and it gave me the usual credit card information boxes to fill out. I did so and completed my transaction.
It's three days later and I haven't seen anything (e-mails) from Rhino nor has any funds been charged to my credit card. I dunno.
Now I'm starting to fret about the safety of my credit card info.
I used PayPal and I immediately got an email from Rhino confirming my order
Yup, I had to order one today also to try. I guess there is a sucker every minute, or was I the sucker for not ordering sooner? I ordered a 12.5 for my Schons.
I'm also a little concerned about them not accepting CC card anymore, hope all goes well as I had to use paypal also, but used with CC card as payment.

I just got mine in the mail, it feels great and absolute stats accurate. I also went through the same payment method you described no big deal going through Pay Pal with your credit card this is the way you have to order them.
