Rhino CF shafts....159bux, free ship

Probably should have ordered one for my DZ cue also, but money is a little tight right now. Probably should sell my DZ as I have to many different thread sizes. I know I would regret it though as it is such a nice cue and I really enjoy picking it off the rack and hitting a few balls now and then.
 
I'm in! I bought the 12.4 version, soft tip, radial joint. I'll do a comparison to my Revo 12.4 and 314-2 when I get it. I can't really play with anything other than Predator due to the aim differences, so if I can play well with this, I'd say the deflection would be the same as Predator.

I may have missed that step, but I don't know. At the time I had thought the order was complete.

Main thing is...I don't need or necessarily want the shaft, so it doesn't matter if I get one or not.

Right now, I'm more concerned with my credit card information being halfway around the world in a foreign country. That worries me a bit.

You should be able to check your credit card for the charge, either by calling the 1 800 number or logging in.

My experience has been that credit card companies are pretty good at covering you, and clawing that money back from who ever took your charge that you didn't okay.

I've been checking it every afternoon. My credit card company has always done right by me when unauthorized goods were purchased with my account.

FYI, the soft tip is a gift and extra. She told me that they install a "random" soft or medium tip and the website says medium comes installed.

Oh, and re shipping time, depends on if your item is coming from USA stock or VN location.

Tracking will give you indication of that
 
Shipping was about 7 days for me I think. The free tip was shipped separately and came in 2 days after the shaft.

Thanks for that info. I thought you got to pick either a soft or medium tip installed on the shaft, but as you explained you get a free gift of an extra tip of your choice: soft or medium. As for the website saying that a medium tip comes installed, I'm not seeing that:

I've been looking at the Nebula full carbon cue, and it says the same thing for the tip, and it doesn't provide a choice for a tip.
 
Emailed to see if the 3/8-10 shaft will fit a 3/8-10 modified. Predator says theirs will, but OOS and no 30". If the Rhino fits both, gonna order one for it. Fingers crossed.
 
Ive been doing sessions pitting against all my other cf shafts, while vs'ing 9 ball ghost ,for 2-to-2.5 hrs per day, since saturday morning.

Im trying to find the the downfall with the rhino, comparing it to the engage , fortis and revo . Alternating shots between rhino and one particular high end cf shaft, in races to 5.

There isnt much adjusting needed at all for this rhino shaft when coming from top brand cf shafts.
