Just a warehouse/shipping location. They don't have any stores.Happen to know where in San Antonio? That's local to me. Wonder if there is a brick and mortar location to see what they have to offer?

I thought they were giant chopsticks!Go to the worst Pho takeout in town. They're storing the shafts in the walk in fridge.
Freddie <~~~ that’s what I’s do
I had to do that to get a spare 314 to fit onto my Larry Vigus. It should not be any problem.I've got my same issue with rhino that has prevented me getting a revo so far. The cue I want to use it on is 5/16-14 flat faced, and these have a pilot.
I asked about 29" and flat faced, they said they couldn't do anything about the pilot, but could do the custom length for $25 more.
Anybody ever just chuck the shaft in a lathe and machine off the pilot so the shaft is flush? Is that possible?
That's surprising about the pilot, my Rhino came with a flat faced 5/16-18 I'm very surprised that the 5/16-14 isn't flat faced as well. In any case yes I'm sure just putting it in a lathe a cutting off that pilot shouldn't pose any problem in the least.I had to do that to get a spare 314 to fit onto my Larry Vigus. 99% of 5/16-14 are piloted. (maybe Joss started that trend?)That's surprising about the pilot, my Rhino came with a flat faced 5/16-18 I'm very surprised that the 5/16-14 isn't flat faced as well. Almost all Meucci's are flat-faced.99% of 5/16-14 are piloted. (maybe Joss started that trend?)

Sorry I had a typo. That’s what I meant to say. Fixed.Almost all Meucci's are flat-faced.
Yes they are have very good CS., I think you'll be happy with their shaft as well. After hearing the coments on two different options for 5/16x14 I emailed them late this aft to see about that.
They just got back and said only one option now, I think she stated the tight or normal, not loose, I think was what she stated. She did ask to let her know if any issues. I am really impressed by their attention to customer service.
Yes mine was shipped the same way, it actually arrived by mail faster than originally predicted. My shaft just shipped (label created anyway). It’s USPS from San Antonio, Texas. I assume it will be picked up tomorrow afternoon and get to me in Atlanta a few days later. Maybe a week due to Xmas gifts.
They sent me a video of tight inser vs loose. In my opinion, if they do have both options, that makes them even more awesome. After hearing the coments on two different options for 5/16x14 I emailed them late this aft to see about that.

Joss for sure did not start the trend.99% of 5/16-14 are piloted. (maybe Joss started that trend?)

One of the shafts I ordered is for a Schon. We’ll see how it fits…Just relooked at their reply to me and supposidly are only shipping tight thread version now. If yours is for a Schon, would be interested on how it works as I don't have a ship notice yet. I do have a lathe to cut back the pilot if need be.
I'd like one for my schuler too....so that makes two of us, though I want a carom shaft...so that makes one of us.. I wish they could make a 22mm joint to fit my Schuler, but I guess that’s asking too much.
