That's exactly what happened to mine!! In Illinois no less. Maybe it's the same guy up to his nefarious ways. Lol. Or one of his relatives. Lol. Cues are personal. We get attached in ways most don't understand.My friend had his Poison Arsenic AR5 stolen from the old Pro-Tyme Billiards (not sure what it's called right now) in Alsip, IL, a few nights ago. Just left it on the table, went to use the restroom, and came back to find it missing. I know this is a bit more of a longshot with a production cue near a big city, but you never know. If you see someone with this cue around the south side of Chicago, it'd be greatly appreciated if you contact me. Thanks!

Yeah, with just a little bit of looking around. I looked up the admins of the groups, very obvious newly created accounts, with no previous posts or history. I feel sorry for people that join those groups though, that do not pay attention.

I know there isnt much you can do. just wanted you aware.There is a scammer ring that targets Sales groups and they find the most popular products and clone the most well known sellers. I have been desperately trying to get FB to do something and more often than not they come back and say that the scam account doesn't violate their rules. It's sick how FB is flat out allowing this type of scamming to happen.

My S&S Paul Sumrall wrapless 59+" fullsplice, a Birdseye maple Jacoby with signatures from 15 years of traveling the pool circuit on East coast. Custom birdseye jump break with a black leather wrap a white phenolic collar by ....BM...... with a Gulyassy shaft w/blk. collar from a Sledgehammer, modified by Leon Sly to fit.

IMHO there are now a thousand places to post stolen cue bulletins. We haven't had that for a while because we only had 2 people send in anything and they were resolved quickly.
My online presence is miniscule. I don't spend much time there. Have no idea what is or isn't available and frankly can't and won't take the time to find out. To my detriment probably.
