Only option(s)...Google review. Contact the State Attorney.... start a file. Theft by deception, mail fraud, etc. There is most likely no money available to collect however these guys need to be shut down.

What needs to happen are things i'd probably get arrested for suggesting. This guy is a colossal jackoff who needs to be taught a lesson the old school way.
