Congress should pass a law

When they first came out the difference between the 'Turdstons' ;) and the CLASSIC Bronze set was only around 60bux. I hope i never get that cheap. ;) Seriously, the Bronze set was THE best deal in balls until replaced by the Vanadium(still a great ball at a good price).
I may be cheap but at least I have more than one ball set ......

Classic colors unified throughout (no idea why they ever changed it) and Simonis Tournament Blue cloth for me
Improvement of identifying balls on television. Video technology has improved also but it used to be difficult to tell some balls apart with older capture technology.

I like powder blue/powder grey and the Dynaspheres Palladium (international ones with the correct colors). Lighter colored cloth looks nicer, but I guess it needs more care to clean.

I hate the color of every ball on the table no matter what color they are....that's why I like watching them disappear into the pockets......

I can almost make a numberless set. All I need is a solid orange ball

The whole point of alternate colors is for video cameras. It isn’t just to be different.
If that were true, then the color purple wouldn't have been moved from the four ball to the five ball (yes, I know the history of how it was originally removed completely before it was later brought back on a different number).

When the ball color changes were first started by Matchroom several decades back, they were primarily done to be different, with the hoped added benefit that it would also make distinguishing the balls a little easier (which is really not even arguably a benefit any longer in today's world of very high resolution screens with good color reproduction). Today they do different ball colors solely to be different and for no other reason, and Emily basically admits as much. She likes that their colors are different from everybody else's (even while otherwise arguing that everything should be standardized in pool--oh the irony) and isn't smart enough to realize there is still a way to do it without pissing off and causing issues for the world by moving a traditional ball color like purple from the ball it has always and exclusively been on and onto a different ball number.

Congress should have passed a law forcing all elevators to be operated by people and can not be automatic.

Congress should have passed a law prohibiting the sale and distribution of alcohol in the United States.

Congress should pass a law outlawing AI generated media.
Here is the law Congress should actually pass. Changing any numbered ball to a different color (such as changing the five from say orange to brown) should be allowed but should be very, very highly frowned upon. Moving any of the traditional, long used ball colors (such as purple) from one numbered ball to a ball of a different number (like say moving purple from the four ball to the five ball) should be punishable by death.

While I may not like it, I can live with, and the brain more easily adapts to, something like the five ball being pink, brown, or any other color that has never traditionally been used before. What I can't live with, and what the brain can't so easily adapt to, is moving a color that has traditionally and pretty much exclusively always been used on only one ball number for well over a century, the way purple has always been and only been on the four ball, and then moving that traditional ball color like purple onto a different ball number, like now making the five purple, or the eight purple, etc.

I don't like the black balls.
I can get used to the purple 5 and I do understand that it looks better on TV but the black is too much....
And I agree, they should unify balls colors all over.
As for the cloth, I do like the new gray that they started using.
The 4 was purple

Ah, but we’re here talking about it.
