Philippine Open

WOW. I can't believe the stroke he has. I've never seen anything like it. Hopkins level strange, (but completely different, just level of strangeness).

Gosh, those last few balls from the Busty/Gorst match eerily reminded me of the last few balls of the infamous Hall/Lebron match.

Anyone have big money on Busty winning that match? Lol. Just can't imagine Gorst missing such an easy 9 like that. I don't think I've ever seen Gorst miss so many makeable balls in one match.

Though, glad to see Busty nail that final 9. That certainly wasn't a hanger.

I'm happy for Busti, he was my favorite player when I started playing in the 90s and he still is. Best stroke on the planet.

Still no shows at the second round, what's up with that, even Efren is a no show

Surprised by some of the poor play in a lot of the matches I've watched, are the tables playing particularly tough?

when unknown filipinos and a 16 year old kid playing his first ever tournament play great, sometimes making it look easy, these touring pros have no excuse.

the tables are the same (and the same as in hanoi, W9C). the environment is certainly different, and seems to affect some more than others

They might be taking it easy. Don't want to kill a tour stop with so much action - of which they no doubt have their hands full. One observer's opinion. O.O.O. ... lol...
