Gravity: undefeated.
no, cooked perfectly....People need to stop making me hungry.
Personally, in the second picture, it appears to me that the grill was very hot, and the steak was left on about a minute too long upon initial placement. The bottom, which is likely the flipped side, looks perfect.
Yeah...cold in the middle is a little undone for sure!Personally, in the second picture, it appears to me that the grill was very hot, and the steak was left on about a minute too long upon initial placement. The bottom, which is likely the flipped side, looks perfect.
I do like a ribeye cooked a solid medium rare. I can eat Prime NY Strip or Prime Filet rare, as long as it's not cold (Pittsburgh).
To each his own, I guess.
I'm just throwing this out there but that Hormuz thing doesn't look very strait.
It identifies as strait.gay of hormuz
It's meant as a joke.no, cooked perfectly....People need to stop making me hungry.
You're just making me more hungry...stop...lolIt's meant as a joke.. On a serious note, it's not perfect. It's more of a well-done steak that wasn't thawed nor sat to cook properly. I love my steaks and just cooked out for 3 people yesterday. If I had more time, I would have it marinated with garlic butter, to put more flavor to it. For some people, something like the 2nd pic could be fine, but nothing beats a medium.
I'm told it is a goat foot.
