I quit drinking coffee about 30 years ago , I replaced it with either ice or hot tea .

As for smokeless tobacco I quit my sometimes 1 - 2 can a day Copenhagen habit cold turkey on 12-2-2017 right in the middle of chemo and radiation treatments for throat cancer , or to be completely honest P 16 Human Papaloma Virus , no my cancer wasn't because I used tobacco products or smoked it was hereditary as both of my parents died from cancer and its treatments .
