Shit, I'm pretty disappointed in this lot.

Lemme sweeten the deal: I'll pay $22 to ensure chopdoc earns supplemental meaning.

OK. (y)

If this happens I will cut it up and make Christmas ornaments out of it. My wife is a crafter, my daughter is an artist, and I do leather work. My house could compete with Hobby Lobby for supplies. Daughter's work: LINK Videos: LINK 2

We have glitter, glue, paint, yarn, ribbon, leather....you name it, and I have tools.

I will give the first 10 people to kick in $20 to @vintagecollectibles831 a Christmas ornament shipped by December 9th. What is December 9th? A very important day for cue lovers. (first one already goes to Black-Balled)

That's 10 Christmas ornaments made from whatever this thing is made of. And $200 for him.

What could go wrong? How could he lose? He even gets to keep the shaft. That's a $200 shaft.

Am I crazy? Yup. :ROFLMAO: ;)

Oh. And I will make another one for @Sev because he's my Cowboy Cupcake. 🤪

Now, let's see what happens....:rolleyes:

Cut it cut it cut it!!!

If he has a saw maybe he will save us all this trouble. ;)

I have a Pechauer cue with simulated ebony, but it is just what they call the outline of the points. It’s not like they are staining “poplar”black and calling it “tulipwood”.

I know I am going way off topic, but here is one example of the highest priced Pechauer that is available on Pooldawg (a $1300 Pechauer), and they still could not use real Ebony in it. They call it "ebony-stained figured maple".

Oh, there are many more examples.

The MSRP for this sneaky sits around $410.00

You could probably count how many threads I have started on here in the last 2 years, for example, with 1 hand.

I very rarely come on here anymore, so I do not know what the F you are talking about.
You must suffer from the worst cast of polydactyly ever seen. Here are the threads you've started in the past four months. Many of them are quite, um..., remarkable.

Pechauer once told me that Ebony has gotten so expensive, that he can't use it on any cues that are under $1,000. So, I was just surprised not to see Ebony, in a Black cue that is priced over a $1,000.

That $4k one is really nice.

I think that Schmelky might still use Ebony in their cues, and they are fairly cheap.

How does it feel to be wrong? Both you and Mr Ozone employee were wrong,, lol. I think you owe me an apology, lol. This cue was in fact made with real woods (Rengas, and BEM), real points, and real veneers.

I had a pretty good feeling that I was right about this, and now I have proof, lol.
It says points, not inlays!
My guess is decals.

Hi, if you can get 6 people who might join in, at $20 each, I would be really grateful, and thankful. So, that would be $140 total (shipped). Thanks a lot. Lol. Just PM me if you get 7 total people (including yourself) to join in, on your nice offer, at $20 each, lol. Thanks. Very cool idea, lol.

And trust me, I feel extremely pathetic, writing this reply, lol.

If you want to make an impression, that shaft is a $200 shaft, don't worry about the butt if you got that cue cheap.

Cut the butt. Post pictures. (y)

I have learned that the entire cue is a Decal, over the Maple, but I still believe that the figured Maple handle is real.

But if that too is just a Decal, then I guess the cue is just one long POS.

In any case, I feel that it still has value. Seems like such a waste to chop the thing up, into small pieces, lol.

To be honest, the butt has a really great feel to it, and I really love the way it plays with the i3 shaft.

I will end this with saying that I was wrong though. Everything just looked so real to me though. I did not want to believe that the cue was just one giant Decal, lol.

Maybe at least the Figured Maple handle is real though.

I understand now that the entire cue is just one big Decal (other then maybe not the Maple Handle), but I am still of the belief that at least the Figured Maple in the handle is real.

Or, is that a Decal too? Lol, i guess I would not be surprised if it is..Looks so real to me though.

The thing about Decal cues is that whenever I would see one in the past, and it had dings in it, the dingle would always expose the maple that is under it..

This cue us full of dings, and no Decals were chipped off, from the dings. I guess they put a nice, very thick clear finish on this cue though..

I just bought a brand new cue that is nicely figured.

Real veneered points into stained really nicely figured birdeseye maple.

Six points, 3 high, 3 low.

Real maple dashed rings.

Real linen wrap.

Dead straight.

Surprisingly decent maple shaft.

No brand name.

Sort of a SW style.

$75 brand new.

Made in China. Pretty much as good as most cues costing hundreds.

Why did I buy it? Well, it was dirt cheap, and radial joint. In my collection of over 200 cues I didn't have a single radial joint cue. I might try a CF shaft on it, I don't have one of those either. So, just playing around.

Honestly, it's a good looking cue anyway.

You seem to have a lot of adventures, and misadventures, with cues.
