sure they are high level 9 ball players. which can also win one pocket tournaments because of shooting ability, which is a big part of one pocket.
We have very different opinions. How can ANYONE be "way deficient in one pocket skills" and take 1st and 2nd in this tournament? I don't even think I am "way deficient in one pocket skills" and these guys are very far ahead of me.
I'm sure you don't mind people arguing with you a lot, but if it does bother you, try changing the words you use. Maybe instead of "way deficient in one pocket skills", "aren't high level thinkers", "can't shoot straight", etc. you could phrase it to not be so insulting to their abilities.
I learned long ago that the good players get the rolls!

sure, i over dramatize things. but those guys shoot very well, and it carries them through one pocket tournaments. but their shot choices and things they do definitely put them way below the top one pocket players. i can see big mistakes they make in shot choices, that no better players would make, especially according to the scores. and how weak their banks are, compared to their pocketing ability and what you need.
if in the spotlight, it isn't wrong to say your thoughts on players. it isnt insulting, only if you rate them higher than i do, and feel they shouldnt be criticized.
i am not arguing, just posting my opinions on what i see. and was very surprised on what i saw, and if a person sees those shots as the correct ones and missing banks by so much is normal for a top player then so be it. we all think differently.
ill try to be less harsh in the future.

(in 3c)Just use thick cut with ever so slightly raised butt and max outside with hair below center and those shots come easy and very accurate. Especially if use same speed
