Is this the right place to ask questions about CSI. I am having trouble finding anyone there that will talk with me. I understand that CSI preferred method of communication is thru e-mail but I never receive a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I've had good luck emailing csi. A few years ago my league operator screwed up the scoresheet entry into LMS. I contacted her. She gave me the run around so I sent an email to csi. They jumped on it immediately. I had an interesting conversation with the guy who manages the LMS. Issue resolved and the LO is still pissed at me. lol

at least you know they got your communications as instead of having any class or professionalism they turned around and banned you rather than bother to communicate with you

sorry to say and I may be breaking with protocol here but it sounds as if you have some personal stake with the CEO. Class or professionalism? Are you serious? How about being a stand up person and respond in some manner when an honest question is asked in sincerity. completely ignoring for more than 8 months with polite and sincere question shows zero class or professionalism. You are obviously biased, so your further comments are not needed. sorry i just saw that this was you, i thought it was someone who loved csi. that is definitely not you lol

We're talking league pool bs, right? Put 'em in your rear view mirror and just walk. No offense but anyone considering using a lawyer to solve league pool lunacy needs to get a life.

exactly agree! being frustrated at zero response over 8 months of honestly asking and being completely ignored brought out the worst in me. still think the organization is worthy of being flushed and forgot about. Just want to play pool and move on but cant play at state makes me see red.

if you are asking me, i went through the contact us page on their website. the page is different now. in 2023 i filled out a form and submitted it through the site. i see now they have a list of emails and phone numbers.

Thanks, I have been banned from CSI sponsored events for asking a question after a tournament. I asked several times with no response ever over a period of 1 year. Nobody ever responds. I got frustrated and sent sent e-mail saying I thought getting legal help might get me an answer. Evidently somebody at CSI is receiving e-mails because when I tried to register for state tournament i found out I was banned. HMMMM? Just looking for someone to give me answer and explanation. Again, Thank you

I don’t know what you mean by race numbers but the second you said you were going to get a lawyer involved I would done the same thing they did. In today’s world of everyone wants to sue as soon as they don’t get their way you would have been banned from me as well.

Lots of people today use "internet slang" in chat rooms, text messages, social media, and forums like this. I'm always having to look up what they mean. I know the easy ones like LOL and IMO. JFC is Jesus F*****g Christ.
