Hooked up with a player from Florida last night that was passing through Arkadelphia,AR., I got behind at the start, then played my game and got winner midway, then we broke even at closing time, first real action I've had in awhile!

Well after my 4 month layoff from pool I drove over to "The Cellar Club" in Camden,Arkansas and hit two racks of 9-Ball for practice, then played the 8-Ball tournament and won it!

Like Jack Hynes says: "Playing pool is like riding a bicycle!"

for mailing me the pool article from The National Billiard News about the dual 8 & 9-Ball tournament held in Anniston,Alabama back in September of 1987, I uploaded it to my Pool Photo's & Articles of the Past album >>>>>>
if anyone wants to read and take a look at the photo's about it feel free to LQQK!, a lot of great players attended that tournament.

What I thought was great about the event was the tournament programs, trick shot exibition by Gene " The Glove " Catron, trips given away as door prizes to Daytona Beach, Florida & Acapulo, Mexico.

Leonard Bludworth had a Pro Cue Shop setup, and the National Anthem was sung before each evenings play.
