    Weight Bolts?

whatever you do, don't make the extra weight permanent, johnnyt. I've had several people who wanted extra weight in their cue to want it removed before the night was over. sometimes (most of the time) extra weight makes the shooter not have any control on the break. sure, you can scatter the...

    Low Cost Cues under $100

I agree, rackem. sometimes one goes for less than $100 on fleabay, but it usually has defect/damage. the Players model S-PSPR sneaky is only $60.99 retail and they shoot fine and are not a great loss if it breaks or is stolen in some less than stellar pool event. > d_flash....lost a few cues...

    Meucci weight bolt help

I have several Meuccis from the Originals through the red dot shaft series. All of them have the 9/16" fine thread weight bolts. Most hardware stores have all-thread rods in 9/16 fine threads. With a hacksaw and a little muscle power, you can cut any length/weight that you desire. Use the same...

    Ever been "jarred?"

I was at the APA finals a few years back, Jackson, MS...got a beer towards the end of play. it was a 75 mile drive home and it took me 3 hours. I had flashes of roadside scenery that I couldn't recognize. the only one who touched the beer was the bartender who opened it for me. I made it home...
