Help!!!I got screwed.

Hello,

Im from Germany and I ordered sniper tips by cue component and I have not received anything. I had 2 choices either 3,50$ or 15$ with tracking . I took tracking and payed him 15$ with paypal, for International priority flat rate envolope. Later on, I found out is not trackable. Its been 7 weeks now and I aint got nothing. Untill last week he was answering my mails. He want to send me another package. Since 4 days his not answering any of ma mails. And I offered him If I get still the first mail, i would pay the second one again.

What can I do??? Please Help me!!!!!

I don't understand your message. What is wrong with wanting to replace an order lost in shipping?

I have ordered from Cue Components a handful of times and consider them perhaps my finest supplier. The one time there was an issue with an order Joe bent over backwards to make it right.

My problem is he is not answering my mails and I do not know if hes gonna replace me another order or not. And i don?t even know if he shipped anything at all. Probably he is a nice guy but we had a wrong start, somehow.

Joe does tend to take care of business and move on. If he has reshipped he may not be taking time away from other business to reply to your e-mails. If he said he was reshipping I suggest giving the package time to arrive.

To Leon and others reading, I am not suggesting that ignoring e-mails is the best business practice. However Joe recently sent out a promotional e-mail and I am sure that orders are backed up a few weeks as usual. Joe and everyone at Cue Components is running wide open getting out orders. Some things that they see as less critical can drop through the cracks. While Joe sees customer satisfaction as very important as I know from personal experience, he doesn't feel communication is as important as action from what I have gathered.

Maybe 2 seconds? I hope he is gonna do something.

Leon,

I'm not excusing a lack of communication, just explaining it. If Joe has reshipped he sometimes considers it finished business and moves on. It doesn't take long to answer one e-mail, it takes awhile to answer dozens. From what I can gather he skips over dozens that he doesn't think needs a response just as we all do. For best results talking to Joe keep your e-mails short and to the point. He sometimes misses the point of longer e-mails too.

As I have already said, communication doesn't seem to be as high a priority as action in Joe's world. When he is days or over a week behind on shipping communication tends to drop through the cracks while he takes care of business. Ideally he would take care of shipping and all of the correspondence too but that isn't what happens sometimes.

I received my first 6 tips. He shipped the rest 6 of the tips on last tuesday.

Like shooting arts says, Communication is not cuecomponents strength but he sorts out if something goes wrong. Just takes time. I guess hes really busy.:thumbup:

First package was send too, be cause of 1 wrong letter. (A instead of S)
was returned to the shipper.

Anyway, I wanna correct my bad impression about cue components. Theyr good and I would buy again from them.

I'm glad it worked out. Your experience was much like mine. The only difference was that being in the USA, shipments only took a few days to get to me. Cue Components is my first choice of suppliers if they stock what I need and they usually do if it is cue related.

I appreciate you asking for Help instead of simply saying that you "got screwed". I also appreciate the fact that you didn't mention the company name in the title.

Glad everything worked out!! Many times something will appear one way to yourself, but if you run it by your pool brothers & sisters you can see other possibilities and viewpoints.

Saying communication is not Cue Component's strength is an understatement for sure. If you read the multitude of complaints on here about Cue Components it seems pretty clear that anything at all to do with customer service is "not their strength" to say the least.

Hu, I use to order from them on a regular basis, but I had a bad deal with them awhile back and have not ordered anything since. I bought some items from them on eBay and did not receive what I ordered, I never did get any resolution and after a few months I stopped trying, so that is all it took for me.

both these people need a lesson in human relations; then a lesson in customer relations.
