I've owned one of these for a couple of years. Comes with 2 shafts - one with a hard leather tip and the other with a phenolic. Stiff tapers that break and jump well. Hard to beat for the price.

You mentioned OnCue - not sure if you've seen the monthly 10 ball tournament on the first Saturday of the month. Handicapped (can't recall if it's by ball or games on the wire), $25 buy in and money added usually.
