Longmont, Colo., June 17, 2026 – The United States Billiard Media Association today announced that Corey Deuel, Barry Behrman, and Billy Incardona have been elected to the Billiard Congress of America Hall of Fame as the Class of 2026. Yes. Keith talks to him on the phone. Billy did have a extremely painful back condition and could hardly move from the pain. He suffered a long time. Then he had surgery on his back. I can't remember what they did, but today he does not suffer from back pain anymore and said the surgery was what he needed.
