Worked at the 211 Club in Seattle for 20 years. John Teerink R.I.P. was in the top 10 in rankings more than once. He had the purest stroke I have ever seen. There were quite a few 3C players in there years ago. They were quite a different group from the pool players. Very seldom did they play for cash. John did when challenged. Never saw him lose a money game.
 
I have been playing 3 cushion exclusively for a few years now. I don't even play pool anymore, outside of the rare times a table wasn't available and I played pocket while I waited for a table to open up.
 
I am a 3Cer, love the way the ball holds spin off cushions and the impossible nature of it. But no local table so just play online these days.
 
If 4balls was good Sang Lee ... Why aren't USA starting our Youth off on playing Korean / Japan 4 Balls?? Wait The Money from USBA only go for 3C Billiard players . Which is why I'm not USBA Member and #1 Non USBA Member!!!. But only promoted Non USBA Tournament
