Efren plays with a elktip for a reason. I will put nothing else on my cue. As far as draw, Just draw more centerball with elk. The tip is so responsive you cannot hit the bottom of the cueball, It will usually jump ship, if hit too hard.. It is not like a moori where you can hit the edges...

I am not clear to what you are trying to say but I am assuming you are having problems with DC++. Kind of tricky to set it up, but it is way better than anything I have ever tried. Go into control panel and change setting to passive. This will free up file lists for you to download.
