If the slate screws holes are worn out from moving the table or from over tightening and stripping them out, the slate might not be held down as tight as it should.

On those AMF Playmaster tables, the blinds bracket to the bottom of the slate backing, fitting into a groove in the back of the rails. The slate could be leveled with the rails on so their being leveled to the final state of the table. Really though, gluing the slate seams when leveled should...

This actually only holds 12 cues with single shafts. It's a nice case though and rotates smoothly.

If you use screws in the face of the pockets, you'll be replacing your balls more often than you like.

Yeah, the Anniversary has a different style drop pockets/castings. Are they leather drop pockets or rubber/plastic? Either type will be attached by tacks or nails near the facing. Ideally, the pockets will tuck back right behind the facing. You only want a small nail. A bigger screw would...
