I buy the 15mm triangles. Out of 90+ so far I have had 2 bad and both went on and trimmed perfect and played great for about 2 weeks then sponged out

Might not be bent. Could've been put in off center. Or the shaft drilled/threaded off center.

The last few I put on were very hard bought from a reputable seller(never had a fake or bad tip) called to find out what's going on and was told that kamui changed their hardness rating dropped one and added one. So now ss is old soft, soft is old med, med is old hard and hard is now extra hard...

I have a MID AMERICA taig based I always thread LBM ferrules only thing I do different than any other is to SLOW DOWN. Never had an issue yet....knock on wood
