I just ordered a new shaft, z2 with a moori "slow" tip... Does anyone have any experience with this shaft or tip? One of my friends told me the slow tip is actually a hard tip... Thanks...:confused:

A discussion ensued after the following happened... My opponent had a ball jawed in his pocket, I shot it in, did not scratch and told him to spot the ball, as he owed one from a previous foul. He said he did not owe this ball until after his inning was over, which by the way favored him from...

I play both, average at best... Both at scratch golf or pool require the same concentration skills and both for a run of a cluster of balls or the proper angle to attack a pin require the ability to picture the shots in your "minds eye" then execute... Personally "golf" is harder to maintain...

I don't know if this is good or bad. My son is 7 and wants to play each time I practice. He holds the cue with both hands on the end, rests the shaft on the table and sights and shoots. I give him ball in hand on every shot, playing 8ball or 9ball, I play banks only. He can run 4 to 5 balls...

I miss most often from lack of concentration on the object ball. However some one pocket shots require pretty intense concentration on where and how the cue is stroked. So I miss them also... Guess I just miss lots of shots, just ask Little Bubba...:D

When I recovered my table I filled all the holes and joints with beeswax. Yet as I read the posts on this, most of you have used bondo, or a similar compound. Was this a mistake?:confused:

good table I got one of these in Houston for 2K, great table... Just make sure you have plenty of shims. Took me 4 hours to level it with help from "little bubba". Also make sure you take the time to ensure corner pockets are even prior to tightening the rails. I play one pocket and the right...
