    How to improve your game?

Ask yourself how good you really want to be. Write this down. Next ask yourself what you're willing to give up to achieve it. Write this down. Study the two things you've written down and see if you really are ready to commit the needed resources of practice time, money, time away from...

    Equipment pros and cons

New Pool Hall in Cockeysville, MD

I applaud a 6:30 start time, that way the matches may actually start by 7:30 or 8pm. Normal working people may not want to play in a tourney that ends at 1 or 2am in the morning during the week. If they can start at 6:30 every week I'd be impressed. I can't remember a tournament that actually...

    No Bonus Ball live stream???

I think they will make adjustments to the streaming. If they don't they may get more people to the tables playing regular pool due to people leaving the stream. :) Seriously, I hope they can get it fixed. I don't see how anyone would pay for this the way it is tonight.

does a time come when the answer is practice not lessons??

Absolutely. Take lessons to learn what to practice, learn how to detect errors in your stroke, mechanics, strategy etc. how do develop your own practice routines and drills. At the end of the day, you must put in the table time on your own. Instructors can smooth the road for you and quicken...

    who invented it?

One of the first Jump/Break cues I ever saw in the late 1980's was a Mace by Rick Howard. I liked it so much I had Rick make me one and I still use it.
