I would recommend a Snipper tip. I had Chad Carter build me a Custom Cue and I had two shafts made with a Moori and a Snipper. I play with the Snipper. It is a medium hardness but feels like a soft tip. It holds it shape for ever.

Will the new shaft interchange with the original sledgehammer cue?

I ordered a dvd a while back from Seyberts and it did not work either. I called Seyberts and they told me that I will need to call Bert. I looked on his web site to get his number and he replaced it wiht no problem and the dvd he sent me worked fine. I now order directly from Bert.
