1 Pocket Ghost 15 Ball Run Out - Video

TheVerySlimNumber,
WOW!! Great shooting.

Who knows though, whether you could have done this against respectable competition - let's face it, your opponent sucked (didn't make a single freaking ball). Of course, once you break down and get your pants (or in Britain is it trousers/leggings/jerkins/slacks???) hemmed up a little, and get some decent pool shoes who knows how good you may be. All in all, I'm going to have to give the vid a double thumbs up; very impressive.

Whew that be sum guud shootin there partner. Nice job knockin that ball off the rail :) Keep it up!!

Eric. A.

Cheers

Willie, I was kicking back after work, I'll put my dinner jacket on when I get around to playing some straight pool promise! (I'm running out of time for out bet! )

TheSmallUnit,
EEKK!!! I also am running out of time; damn, I need to find an easy table. I ran a 38 and a 23 last week in consecutive innings at league; but still haven't threatened the 50 barrier (much less 60). As my game is still improving (and it looks like yours could not possibly get any better) I have high hopes of drinking some cold beer at your expense. Of course I had high hopes of marrying Elizabeth Hurley and discovering the secret of turning lead into gold - so, hey, no one's perfect.

Hehe dont worry willie, I'd say you're pretty safe, I was hoping to buy a Gabriels with bucket pockets but ended up getting a tight (honestly it is!) dynamic. If I got 200 on this it would be worth at least 300 on the gabriels they used at worlds. :(

But hey if you don't make your bet either I'm safe right? :D

Nice shooting. It's fun to watch some of the extreme position play necessary to do this.

BTW, I like the mission impossible music at the beginning. Did you add that or was it just a coincidence?

Whoa, Mission Impossible??? Dude, that's the theme to Goldfinger. That's James Bond!!! This is an entirely different level. Really, you should apologize to everyone.

TheOne, that was some fine shooting. I swear, if you didn't take that bank shot, I would have had a migrane. I just kept saying, "BANK THE BALL! THE SHAPE IS SO MUCH EASIER!" Moving that ball off the left rail was sweet. I mean, you really had to. No choices there!

Either that table is really slow or the video is sped up a bit. If you would have bought the gabriel you wouldn't have to move balls to the other pocket. Nice out. Kinda dark in there don't ya think

Frist off ...nice damn shooting...and the one killer shot was the bank shot..clutch shot...but you know it is funny i was watching your pattern play and i was like ..oohhh..dont shot that one shot it in the side...wait..dont you see the setup on the other ball....just a little bit of draw..ahhh..its really neat to see how diffrent peoples pattern play is. I would have taken diffrent routes for the run out. And please dont take this post as disrespectful..i think your a great shot..just funny how you can get out several diffrent ways.

Yeah I know, I was set on playing those two first but just had to talk myself out of it! I messed up on the 7 ball position which made it bit harder.

mnShooter, Yeah I mentioned I sped it up a little (I was playing slow!) and you're correct i don't have a proper table light but its not too bad.

coolguy, sorry I probably didn't explain this video well enough, the idea is to make ALL 15 BALLS in 1 POCKET. This limits the patterns you can play to some extent, def no making balls in the side though! ;)

brown finger (Colin), how's that swerve shot going? :D

way to go

thats some dam fine shootin there pardner...way to make the most of what you got..any plans on visiting the Dcc green room this year.....:D

Thats very impressive. I saw John Schmidt do it in Atlanta a while back. I was surprised at how many combinations he shot rather than banks, but I guess thats the straight pool in him. You played some key position shots....Well done, bro.

Southpaw

Did Schmidt do it at The Pool Room on that tight Diamond? For the cheese?

I was just at that pool hall over the past weekend and while there someone told me that Corey beat them in that game (15 ball ghost) getting 4-1 on the money. Apparently he put a few 15 ball run outs together and the Ghost's backers made him unscrew.

While at that room this weekend, I saw Joyner giving Harold M. a pretty large spot in 1p. At one point Joyner backscratched 3 times and then kicked two rails from near his hole, into the stack, making a ball and then proceeded to run like 10 or 11. On a table two away, Paul Song was playing Joey Gray 1p. That room is awesome.
