Tournament Entry: Tournament Entries accepted after January 21, 2008. All mail in entries must be received no later than February 4, 2008. After that date, entries will be accepted in person only at Hollywood Billiards.

Hey Mark, just wondering if by mail in entries not recieved by Feb 4, entries will only be accepted in person at hollywood billiards, do you mean only on the day of the event? or can we come in to hollywood billiards earlier this week and pay for the entry. I don't want to make a trip down there to secure a spot only to find out I have to wait until the day of the event. It wasn't really clear in the post.

I'm going to be there. Were you at the Max, Ernesto match last night? I was the guy in the glasses playing on table seven behind them. If you recognise me at the Swannee, feel free to introduce yourself.

I was there tonight and they weren't taking entries. They told me to come back on Friday.

Unfortunately I couldn't make it to watch that match. I would have loved to !! Sounds like there will be alot AZ'ers there!!

Hey everyone, One the playbca.com website, there is a list of players already signed up and playing. About 50+ players as of last Thursday. Do not let that fool you. It cuts off at 192 and usually fills up.

Sign-ups can be done at Hollywood Billiards. I get there on Friday evening-we usually sign up 50 players then. Occassionally, there are a couple spots up to Sat AM and they go real fast. Snooze you lose.

Mark, I went ahead and faxed in my entry form with credit card information, I hope that that is acceptable. I believe ended up doing it that way the last time I played too. I figured that since mail in entries would be acceptable till the fourth, that fax in entries would be too? I had PMed you asking but I went ahead and faxed it in anyways.

Sign ups can be made at the location. I will be there around 6 pm Friday until midnight taking a lot more. If any remain, they can be had early Sat. M. This event fills up.

Mark...What is David Thompson doing for you? Is he connected with BCAPL now? Just wondering, as he posted a couple of threads on this tournament. I posted, asking him, but he didn't respond. Best of luck for a great turnout. See you in Vegas in May! :D

Scott,

David does a lot of press releases etc for us. Also pictures, ad placement and a lot of "whatever" that we have to do to get things done.
