16 Brunswick 9' Gold Crown 4s

What is the use of the Brunswick black marking crayons in sellers other items for sale?

Marking 'kitchen' lines, or outlining the rack position for 14.1?

16 GC 4's @ $2k each and then set-up, a bit pricey, no?

Not if your setting up a new pool room and want matching tables!!

Please note that you are violating form rules with your comments.

Do you have any idea what your are talking about?

FYI, here is the description of the used light for sale now on ebay:

This Auction is for the number 12 light. Number 14 has been sold.

Beautiful solid hardwood mahogany finish pool table light, made to match the Brunswick Gold Crown 9 foot table. This light came out of a billiards hall which went out of business, so it has some character, with minor scuffs. The diffusers have a chip or two, but you can buy replacements at Home Depot if desired.

These lights are no longer being produced and cost almost $2,000 when new. I emailed Brunswick on the type of wood which was used and got this response:

"The body of the Gold Crown light is constructed of solid hardwood, but our specifications call for it to be made of any of the following hardwoods: Ash, Amapa, Birch, Beech, Caxeta, Curubixa, Eucalyptus, Heveawood, Jequitiba, Maple, Marfim or poplar".

It's a gorgeous light.

Free local pick-up in Miami Beach or I can deliver if you're within 75 miles of Miami Beach for $100.

Send me your zip code and I can get a quote for shipping. I shipped one unit to North Carolina for $350 and one to Minnesota for $520. They were custom boxed and well-padded.

It measures 8'3" long by 30" wide and weighs about 80 pounds.

As to your question, a bit pricey? -- Not if you want the best lighting in the industry that cast no shadows from the flooding of the light onto the table. Yes you always pay for quality.
