I seen these two cues in the wanted/for sale section and could not pass
on them at the price Kevin was asking . I have owned several Varney break/jump cues and regret selling them every time . This one is no different then the others its a great breaker and jumper . I'm pretty sure the flat laminated shaft has a lot to do with it . What ever it is I love it !
As for the playing cue new first for me twice here . I have never played with a cue that has a southwest style pin . I love the way it fits when putting it together . Perfect fit !!!
I also have never played with a cue this is 57 inches long . At first I
was thinking about it to much till I took out the cue that was my main player . I sat them next to each other and there was only about a half inch difference so that put my mind at ease and I didn't give it another thought !
Over all I do like the playing cue the weight and balance is very nice
and I LOVE the way the pin fits the shaft ! I was playing with a lower deflection shaft before this so the inside english shots are throwing me
off a little but I will adjust in no time .
The playing cue has a shorter ferrule , Sniper tip and the same taper as a Predator 314-2 so it does move the cue ball around with ease . Over all I am very happy with the set thank you very much Kevin !!!
