Chinakhov wrong-sided a break and run to pull to 3-5. KO just got another to get to 6-3.

Do you know whether the evening session will be losers side matches or winners side?
cos right now more good matches on winners side than losers side
looks like this is going to start but along with the freezing issue, now there's no sound.

Is the stream freezing anymore?
I actually care little about commentary/audio. If the stream is actually stable I may give them one more chance to see if they fixed things and buy the night session.

It's still freezing on and off. Usually you'll see one or two shots and two minutes later you can watch a player rack . . . repeat. The screen noted that Corey Deuel was one of the commentators, so I was at least interested in hearing him - then I realized that there isn't any sound. So, ya.

Would you mind passing along where you sent that request. I emailed jim@accu-stats this morning but haven't heard back (not surprising as I can imagine how many emails they have). I asked if they thought the stream would be better. I now see it will not be and will be requiring a full refund as well.

yes, that's where I sent my email as well.
I did hear back from him, he said he was unsure if I wanted a refund just for yesterdays action or full. I wrote back saying that if they can not correct it then "what's the point", so yes, full refund.
will let you know if I hear further - so far no refund or new response.
I think it's freezing now as much as the worst part of yesterday.
the sound did pop back on a few min ago, though. :wink:

I can't believe they don't even get on their own thread and try to explain what is going on and that they are trying to correct the issues. They only keep announcing match information. Glad I didn't waste money on it. Gary from Xtreme Pool Challenge has the best stream worldwide, bar none, and he definitely wouldn't have let 12 pages of thread complaints go without explaining.

Without refund or a comped day, i can't imagine spending more money this week
