If it is in fact..."inadequate broadband at the hotel", then isn't this something that should have been addressed prior to selling a service? Regardless, investing time and money producing a stream that produces refunds is not a good business model.

Even more depressing is the lack of people actually attending..

You would think they would have tested it but they may have taken the hotel's word for it it would work

I think I'm going to go to youtube and just pretend its the u.s. open until they get this fixed....
 
I'm done for the day trying to watch Innacustats pitiful excuse for a PPV event 2 days running..
 
I tried last night and again tonight. This is typical and I'll never pay again. KMA

It hasn't been flawless for me. Very typical for this to happen even from the Derby City.

I hope that they refund all you guys that purchased the stream, and still keep you signed in so they don't lose people that support the sport. If not, this would be a huge loss again for people that try to support pool. I have been super busy at work since it started, but how am I supposed to pay for it after this, hope they make it right.

They refunded the full purchase price but shut off my logins. I agree, a nice gesture would have been, "Apologies for the crappy product. We will issue a full refund and as a good will gesture, we will keep your logins active should you decide you want to try again." Oh well, no harm no foul. I'm not upset about the logins being turned off and I am grateful for the refund.

its day three and it is frozen right now, when can we expect a good running stream, I am patient but it is running thin, cheers Mike....

No they are going to get it today & have to hook up. Don't buy til you hear that has been done. I'm not. I bought both the first days. The money is not a big deal I just want it to work.
