Here is a separate thread with comments on what viewers like/dislike about WNT.TV so far.

An app is the best long-term solution, but MR does not have an app for its other sports. Hopefully it happens someday.
Until then, WNT need to keep improving its website. By and large, you would do well to do most of what Youtube does.
Here's my evaluation so far.
Keys to good streaming site:
1)Stability/Quality
2)Device functionality
3)Anytime anywhere viewing
4)User/viewer controls (FF, RW, etc)
5)Multiscreen viewing
1)
Stability/quality.
So far I have had almost no issue with the live streams. They seldom freeze and the picture quality is excellent.
I have had freezing and skipping with the recorded matches, however. All of these issues have been with 2025 Euro Open or PLP matches. Pre-2025 matches play fine.
2)
Device functionality.
Most built-in TV Internet browsers are clunky, but I was able to get WNT.TV to work fine on the Google Android browser. Yet I only got sound - no picture - using Amazon's built-in Silk browser on an Amazon TV. That happens to be my main TV.
Since there is no app, WNT.TV does not work on Roku. Roku lacks a browser.
WNT.TV seems to work best on mobile phones, especially Apple. My iPhone has 10-second skip and rewind virtual button on the center of the touchscreen when I use the WNT.TV site. Makes it easy to skip between shots. Youtube has the feature too on mobile devices (but not PCs)
My iPad does not have 10-second skip. Instead, I have to use tiny 20-second FF and RW virtual buttons on the bottom left of the screen. Hard to hit these buttons and I often hit pause by accident.
My guess is WNT.TV was mainly designed to be cast to TVs from mobile phones. That would explain the discrepancy with the FF/RW controls between the iPhone and iPad.
Yet casting adds another complication instead of just using a TV browser.
In any case, Matchroom should also strive to improve the iPad experience. It's the best mobile device to watch matches on.
3)
Anytime, anywhere viewing.
This is where WNT.TV falls woefully short. Viewers have to watch matches live or wait till a select number are posted hours later for on-demand viewing. Live matches can't be rewound, either. No skipping back to re-view a great shot or critical miss.
Come on!
When MR was on DAZN or Youtube, I could go to a stream or match already in progress and start from the beginning. That is an essential feature WNT.TV needs to add.
When subscribers click on a stream or a match, they should also be prompted to choose whether they want to join in progress or start at the beginning. It's hard to rewind a match in progress without seeing the score.
Once we start watching a match, the stream should pick up from the same spot if we come back to it. When WNT.TV has frozen on me, I had to start the match from the beginning and FF to where I left off.
Ideally, the full steams of Table 1, Table 2 and so forth should be available for several days after they end. DAZN kept streams up for a couple of days. And YouTube STILL has the full-day streams of the UK Open from 2024 available on Matchroom Multisport.
When the Euro Open happened, I was at work during the day. I wanted to go home at night and rewatch partial or full streams from different tables that Matchroom had already streamed. I couldn't. I was limited to handful of matches played on the TV table.
4)
User/viewer controls (FF, RW, etc)
The FF and RW buttons are critical for pool. I use FF to skip between shots on a 30-second shock clock, so I can see more matches.
The virtual buttons should be big, easy to hit and well located.
These buttons should also be 10 seconds, not 20 as they are on iPads and PCs. Players often take shots in under 20 seconds.
Mobile phones
do have the 10-second skip with the virtual buttons in the center of the screen. I don't know if that ability is native to the iPhone, but this tool should be available on other touchscreens as well like the iPad (Might not be possible with PCs).
5)
Multiscreen viewing.
Give viewers a chance to watch two or three tables at the same time during live viewing.
Ideally, one window could be made larger than the other(s). Viewers would also be able to switch between them.
