Dunno if it is the "best" keychain scuffer/shaper, b ut it does a nice job for a rush job like between turns in a match. I like it because I can re-scuff if needed in a hurry. I keep it on a key-chain on my towel holder,(it attaches to my bag with a "D" ring ).

Comes in nickle & dime shapes.

I tried a few and always came back to Williards.

In my view the Willard's shaper is your best bet. Notice the little hole that allows you to put it on a key chain.

I hate scuffers in general, but i too have a williard on my key chain. i have never used it but others who have borrowed mine seem impressed.

I like the " It's George" tip tapper, scuffer and tip shaper, maybe a little to heavy for a key chain, but it certainly is the best for all purposes.

I use the Willard Nickel and Dime shaper.
To go along with it, I have one of those curved shapers with sandpaper.

You can't get a better on the spot job using those two.

I buy the plastic curved and cut them to 4 inches, thats all you need for length.

I have one the curved metal ones with grit on it almost like the Willard. It works great but you have to be light with it as it will take a lot off.

If you decide on one of those Ultimate Tip Tools, do yourself a favor and don't use the Mushroom taker offer. You will annihilate your ferrule. They also have that little prong that
you're supposed to stick your tip into to burnish it. I have seen people twist the tip right off the ferrule with that.

For the money that they want for one, you can buy yourself a couple of other decent tools. I found a few of them at the hall and unfound them quickly by giving them away.

Porper makes a much better tip burnisher. Any Porper tool is usually a good one as well.
