What part of Oklahoma...might be able to work out a deal for you depending on the location..and size..
Here is the deal guys...The development company I work for is going to be mine one day. One of the many side jobs I take on is finding investors for the projects. With this project in particular the land is locked up for us and it's going to be a community with retail below the apartments..I'm offering a sweet deal to eveyone...I realize everyone doesn't have the money for something like this..but just maybe one or two people might be interested...
