No one really knows how much help you have been to me but believe me when I say that You have made my transition to the Chicago area a lot more of a pleasure than it would have been.....I can not say thanks enough.

It looks like we are gonna be having a bit of a reunion in october....look forward to seeing you all there....hopefully i qualify and you will all get a chance to see my play in the competition !!

I would look forward to that as always, Steve. Unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to be able to enter into a qualifier due to all the crap that's going on in the pool distraction... I mean... day job. Can't take consecutive days off at this busy time, unfortunately. And it's too bad, as well -- I think I'm hittin' 'em pretty decent lately. (Batting unreported 70s and 80s at the table pretty regularly when I do play [about twice a week], the execution of which, if my memory of viewed matches over the years serves me correctly, wins matches if they can be strung together consecutively.)

I can take off a day or two in October, which should be enough to come down to NJ for an enjoyable day of straight pool spectatorship. Looking forward to meeting everyone!

That's a late one, I've just returned from vacation (natural adventure, no electricity for miles around, talk about internet LOL). Dennis, sure you had a good party! Happy birthday to you my friend from far far away, great to know there are people who love straight pool even more that I do I suppose :)
