Hi everyone,
I have to sell my best 2 chalk cubes. Both have been tested and I assure you that are dry like a sweet Martini...Both blue, probably from another planet or something.
Now here is the story. The one from the left is a talisman actually, Tom Cruise wore it from the day he started the Color of Money movie. The initial title was actually The Color of my Chest, as the chalk was worn as a necklace. They finally decided to set it "Color of Money" but here is why. The right chalk in pics is the cube that Paul Newman wore in his pocket at that time. When he was elected to be Fast Eddie he was way to exited and tried to be friendly. He popped out his money from his pocket to buy everyone there a drink. Well he was so embarrassed when all 2 bucks were painted in blue because of the damn chalk...
Now the story ends where my sale begins.
I want to sell these 2 cubes of memories for cheap, just to make someone happy. I didn't even dare to chalk my filthy cues with them...
Last chalking was in May 1986, not sure tho, as Tom still has blue stuff on his chest...maybe he used it since than.
The cubes are perfect, no warping or any wobbles, just a few chips in the uncovered area but that's not gonna affect playability what so ever...
I mean, if Tom And Paul did the chalking you can too...
The price is a bargain: 1000$ per piece
Thanks you all and I hope you'll enjoy this piece of history.
