While I have a basic idea, I am much better at Bushkas, SW, and TS values and not so much on Gyses so I'm asking for those *who know* these cues to chime in with what would be fair market pricing for this nice one. Figure w/ 2 orig shafts 12.7 or larger, all straight and very nice cond cant say 100% but does not appear to be refinished but if it was it has to have been over 24 yrs ago, however, Pete Tascarella did put the smooth black leather wrap on approx 15 years ago and it's perfect.

So if you are familiar with the Gus market please share your thoughts and thank you.

The barbell cue is the better of the 2, I’m not sure what it is, I’d have to see it, I still might not know. Both are nice cues

The joint, I think, rules out Jensen and Horn.

Someone has to know who uses that pin. The vent hole is larger than most it looks like.

The one with the points and veneers is nice, but not the quality of the other. Glue lines, miters off, etc.

I like it though.

The other one with barbells is definitely the attention getter for better quality between the two.

Really curious. I really don't know but have been poking through my pictures.

The shaft on the bar-bell cue appears to have been made later than the butt. If you look at the color of the wood in the ring work, it doesn't color match the butt, indicating that it might be newer than the cue butt, IMO.

I own the copy and the old Joss/Scruggs looking cue.

Here is a cue by Jim Griffin.. Norwela cues.. He could have used this screw for both piloted and non-piloted joints. This is also a Szamboti copy.
