A favorite, predictable double kiss?

my favorite trick shot involves double kissing the nine in the side without moving or touching the eight which is frozen to it. you can make it very consistently.

If you want to see it I shoot it at 1:50 in this video:

That's awesome! The next time I do a high-speed video session, I'll try to get a close-up of this one.

I agree with Bob ... very creative shot!

I'm in awe everytime I watch a new Jesse video. I like the one just before the 1:50 mark where Jesse kicks the ball in the corner using the right jaw middle pocket. The music in which the vids are choreographed is always fitting.

Tap, Tap!!

someone showed me the shot and I thought it was one of the coolest I ever saw. Another double kiss I invented is the one at 1:47 on this video:

I've found a lot of double kisses to use in one pocket, some of my favorite shots.

ps: Mr. Jewett, thank you for expanding my ideas of what is possible in this game with your sharing of knowledge!

Jesse-Well said.

Thank you, Jesse and everybody else too who posted in this thread.

Here is an oldie. From one pocket.

If the ball is lined up straight into the pocket, it's hard to avoid the double kiss. Of course every shot is different but as a rule of thumb if the cue ball and object ball are in a straight line into the pocket and your objective is to cross bank into opposite pocket, likely have the oh so sweet double kiss.

... There are a ton of possibilities with the double kiss. ...
There are even more possibilities at carom billiards, where there are several standard shots playing off a ball frozen to the cushion. When the first object ball is not quite on the cushion, the shots get a lot harder.
