Stay out of the FOR SALE Forum ! !

I just bought a Joss cue that I really didnt need

How much is too much for a normal player?

Are you asking how much money is too much to spend on an everyday playing cue, or are you asking how many cues is too many for a "normal" pool player to own???

Maniac (has violated BOTH scenarios :embarrassed2:)

The latter of course, the former is dependent on one's disposable income.

I think you guys are on to something...

Personally I think any amount you spend on any cue is a fine amount for a player.

There have been few cues I've seen that I would say are unsuitable as players.

The elephant Rubino cue comes to mind as well as a few historically important cues that are mostly just collector items.

Everything else I think is fair game.

I feel your pain.

I have a cue arriving today from ebay, and one from AZ. If this happens again, I am seeking treatment.

I remember one AZ'er who wrote that the number of cues one should own is n+1.

Mike

Yes...

The number of cues that one should own is n+1 or x-1, depending on your situation.

If you are single, use n+1, where n equals the number of cues you currently own.

If you are in a relationship, use x-1, where x equals the number of cues that will make your significant other leave you.

This equation also works well for cameras, camera lenses, golf clubs and bowling balls.

C'mon people....Algebra??? Really??? Geez, I'm having enough trouble doing the math on how many cues I have that I don't need/use!!!

be calm everybody. i saw only today where the actual maximum number of cues allowed to be owned by an individual is 273.

The Wanted/For Sale is a little bit dead right now but I do recommend checking it out if you got some cash to burn. Many good deals on there right now at 50% off or more of the retail value on the stuff.
