The weather was better over the weekend, I guess...and got a new pic today of my beauty that is on it's way! :D I am so thoroughly happy with the way this one turned out...cannot wait to get it in my hands!! :cool: Who says that a 'simple' full splice cannot be eye candy?! Not ME!!

Believe it or not...there are cuemakers out there with little stashes of this stuff here and there...but yes, it is hard to get for the most part. Some will only reserve for their high end cues, others only for special customers. I knew that Murray had used some on some past cues he did. I was curious to give them a try, I asked, he said, O.K. :) Plus...they look cool...LoL. :cool:

I should note that it is my understanding that this is some stock that Murray has had for a little while, and that they do not contain asbestos. There is no way Murray would even entertain messing with asbestos, and I can't say that I blame him. But he says that his past customers have liked them..so I wanted to give them a shot.

Awesome cue Lisa, you don't know how lucky you are getting one...they are fantastic cues. Is Murray taking orders? I will just have to pester him to death at the show.

THEY AREN'T THE TRUE OLD YELLOW, BUT YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE HIT OF THOSE FERRULES. IT'S AWESOME.
