Also he went out of his way to say he would never have (do?) any business with you all. He is not alone. (Married? Devoted? Single but looking?) I have Cue (again with the capital "c"?) dealers now even calling my friends (but not you?) saying the same thing.

None of that counts. Mia didn't capitalize a single "c" when making reference to cues. It was not sincere.

Eric - You can't possibly be blind to the fact that Nicki brings these problems upon himself. He's so well known for it, the mods should create another Sticky Note.

He just doesn't learn, and some of us are more than happy to call him out on it.

He rolls his threads around in a light batter of ignorance...breads it heavily with pure stupidity...and deep-fries it in a vat of bulls#it. We all know it. Surely, you must, too!

On a serious note I think everyone in this thread can agree that Mike made beautiful , innovative cues , and that his untimely passing was a great loss not only to those close to him but to the cue community as a whole.

It really doesn't matter if there are 45 or 75 cues made . Most of them are stashed in private collections and won't be going anywhere for a long time.

I consider myself lucky that I have hit balls with 3 or 4 MC cues and I think I may even have owned one for a short time.

Great cues . I wouldn't mind having one again but thats probably not gonna happen.

FYI - Mike told me himself before passing away he made around 65 cues give or take he said----so i guess take it for what it is and good luck finding the rest

it is not the picture posting that is the problem. btw i would love to see some pics of your cues.

the problem starts when you have a certain poster who starts badmouthing posters who have a different opinion than him.

when you have a certain poster continually belittleling, degrading, putting other posters down while putting himself up on a pedestal is indeed sad.

it is also sad and uncalled for when he calls other posters, insignifcant , not worthy of posting in his thread, posers because they dont own a cochran cue and he constantly brags he has 1 or 3 or whatever.

if eric put his puppy on a tighter leash this crap would not happen.

Hey Eric,I love your collection and I know for sure you deserve it.Mike always considered you as one of the honest guys he made cues for plus he considered you a close and personal friend. Mike and Tim introduced me to you at Tim's Cue Maker of the year award dinner at Valley Forge 3 years ago. Mike made me promise I would not give him any credit for the great workmanship he did at Tim's shop. I remember how happy you where sitting next to Mike and Timmy.Enjoy one of the great collections of all time. Mike and Timmy will go down as two of the best cue makers in the last thirty years.

Its a shame that other peoples dislike for the messanger has had an impact on the enjoyment of sharing the photos.

I also post cues for someone that is not computer savvy. I know there are people who do not like me at times, but I hope it never causes me to think twice about sharing photos, mine or photos I take at Marks.
