A short while ago i had asked dave if he would do one of his player reviews from some of my footage that i have uploaded to AZ, well he did it and it was delivered yesterday.
From the moment i opened the envelope and saw the very professionally done "light-Scribed" disc i was shaking from happiness.

well i finally got the nerve up to put the disc in and check it out, all i can say is WOW! this thing looks like something i would of bought in a store. absolutly incredible.

he took 5 of my runs, broke them down and did some fancy work with some graphics to get his points across on some of the end patterns that i should of played for in these runs. and what to look for in the future.

The Learning Material that is on this disc is absolutly priceless, he has picked up things in my game that i have certainly overlooked. I cant wait to get back to the table and start to apply them !



Included with this disc was a little bonus material. A Sneak Preview of Blackjack's "Straight Pool For Crooked Strokes" on Video, it appears that david is bringing the long awaited book to life on our TV screens ! I am so pleased to see this, david is a great teacher and he has a Wealth Of Knowledge to share with all of us ! There is no date set yet for its release, but i am sure it shouldnt be too long now.

David is working very hard on the project to make it a huge success, and to make sure every chapter covers every aspect of the game !

WOW.... I want one....... That is great Steve. The DVD looks great & even has your photo on it.

Thanks Steve. I am glad you enjoyed the evaluations, and I hope that you are able to use that information to bring your game to the next level.

These evaluations are a lot of hard work, but it is well worth it when I see players overcoming stumbling blocks that have been holding them back.

Mike I'll send you a PM regarding the evaluations.

I am working on a DVD, its slow and tedious work - trying to manage my time is the biggest battle these days. There is a lot going on.

When David did an analysis for me last year, within a few weeks I got my high
run of 57, finally breaking the 50 barrier.

A lot of it had to do with slowing down and thinking about what I was going to do.

I fear I have backslid somewhat but I shall return!
 
I was very pleased with the end result of the evaluation. I cant wait to put it to work in my next practice session !

david pointed out a few mistakes that i was making with my mechanics and fundamentals. something i was surely overlooking.


David is a true asset to us all here at AZ, i for one am glad to have him on board !

Dennis,

I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt, that you have the potential to be a hundred ball runner. The problem is that the accomplishment is on the other side of a hurdle that you keep stumbling over. When you come to the realization that you can do it, and accept the fact that you possess the knowledge and the ability to apply and employ that knowledge ... it will happen.
