A trick shot artist was on America’s Got Talent

This world champion guy was boring the hell out of the judges. I was also cringing. I guess he took a long ass time to setup these shots.

They started booing him at one point.

I saw a guy holding a cue stick and a Diamond table. Lol

I had to remind myself I was watching actual television.

The highlight was inviting Heidi to lay on the table.

Florian / Venom has 2 million followers on FB. He might have the largest following of all pool players on social media. He also features / promotes touring pros. Plus if the judges weren’t impressed, that’s on them. Florian puts on a good show.

With AGT judge Heidi Klum.

Yep and I find it hard to believe because not a single mention on his FB page or anywhere on the internet.

He performed a show here in Boise for our APA leage. He brought me up to try a shot, I failed. I did win a signed jump cue and CB from him though.

He's just a good guy overall.

He’s an entertaining dude for a bunch of pool players but pool doesn’t have that audience on A national level to appreciate or understand what he’s doing. Personally trick shots have never done anything for me.. friends send me videos all the time and I don’t even watch them lol

I used to think like this. Then I saw what Florian can do. I am amazed at the incredible skill he has, There isn`t anyone like him now or ever.

I questioned early in his career if he would ever be able to do a live show (remember his scared up table on YouTube?). He proved me wrong. He's quite amazing and most of his shots are not "trick shots" as they say. To me, a trick shot is a set-up shot with practically zero chance of error. Florian on the other hand uses stroke shots, particularly the masse. Sure he uses some of the easier shots in his live shows, but who wouldn't? The crowd wants to see 99° successful shots and a couple misses actually adds to the difficulty and human factor. He has pushed the limits in creativity. He is the right age and a good looking kid too boot. That will play well with the AGT crowd. This is great exposure for pool but unfortunately bad for the equipment in the pool halls. Go Florian, I'm a big fan.

I talked with Florian after he filmed this and AGT kinda screwed him over. He was promised 3 tables so he could have shots set up on each instead of having to set the shots up, which takes time. AGT only provided 1. He had to take his one hour show and condense that into a couple of minutes. Anyone who has seen his full show in person knows that he does a very entertaining show with a lot of difficult shots.
