I was amazed at how honest and straight forward Oscar was in this interview. Some of his answers actually shocked me as to the way he felt. No politics here just saying it how he sees it.
 
I don't normally listen to ABR, but I tuned in last night at Oscar's invitation. I. too, was very impressed with Oscar's candor. Of particular interest to me, personally, was his explanation of how the split in San Francisco came about. I can now definitely see his position on that. However, I am still going to look forward to having a sit-down with him in January so that I can explain why I am hoping measures can be taken to maybe prevent that from happening here in Phoenix.

My hat is off to Oscar for a job well done. :thumbup:
