Courtney, any word on the refund?

Doubt it. I hope he gets it, but I wouldnt bet on it. Like Pinocchio said, this was a scam from the start. Even if its made right it still isnt right to make the guy go through what he did IMO.

And to Scott Lee, hey there are plenty of crack feins in Atlanta that will crack his head for about $50. Its worth the price of getting your $300 back.

You obivously missed the sarcasm. I guess I'll do this after every post:

[/SARCASM]

I also missed the sarcasm in your post, mainly because you used this.

This  on the other hand would have made clear your intent.

Steve

btw... glad to know your intent was sarcastic.

I think Adam just needed a loan. That was nice of you Courtney.

Im just kidding. Really though, Im sure he used that money and he probably sold the cue locally. Now he is scrounging some money together to pay him back.

That news article probably scared him a little.ps

He kept saying that he was going to pay me. In fact, several times he told me the check was in the mail. Naturally I never got anything from him and doubt that I ever will. Maybe someday I will run into him somewhere and "borrow" his cue.

Yeah-probably your best move- I had to "borrow" my money back off a bar once. This idiot had the nerve to tell me he dropped off my hundred in my mailbox months previous, had failed to tell me that but he assumed I had gotten it. Yeah right. Still owes me some the creep.

I got him back when 10 years later, he shows up at my job (Buyer) with his boss tryin to sell some crap and i told them to hit the road til he has my cash. At least his boss learned who he had working for him.
