You'll have to wait a while buddy. Just on the lists, no cues yet.
Skip will be about 4 months but the other two will be years.

I need only 2 cues... for now
Tim Scruggs, about $1500 (to $2k) I guess
Falcon JB, retails $250. To me infinite value.

Looking for a simple cue for weekly tournaments. (Josey, Zylr, etc.)

CHECK THE FOR SALE AREA. I MAY HAVE EXACTLY WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR, A ZYLR SNEAKY PETE

my arsenal

Here's a sampling. I don't know what these are worth exactly so I'm including what I originally paid. My experience is that a cue is only worth what someone is willing to pay at a given time. An appraisal is just an opinion and everyone has one of those.

Scruggs $425.00
TAD $125.00
Black $450.00
Scruggs Titlist Traded for jewelry
Mali $60.00
Adam Corsair $250.00
Huebler $225.00
Jacoby $800.00
Laube $340.00
Black Boar sweat equity, liquor, cigars
Pechauer $1,200.00

I've only sold 2 cues in 37 years; a snooker cue of unknown origin and a fancy early Rich.

Jacoby All in $400-$700 range. At least that's
what I paid.
Coker
Mike Stacey
Dominiak
Espirtu
Leonard Bludworth
2 Joss
Mcdermott Sierra
Meucci Diamond
J. Pechauer
Predator SP with Z shaft
Plus
Clint Putnam
2 Quest
Cuetec
Action
Deangelo
None that I paid over a thousand for but now I wish
I had more quality & less quantity.

I keep no more than 13 cues. That way I have to get rid of one or more before I get a new one. (And keeps me married). My way is to trade up each time. It is easier for me to sell a cue for $1500 or so and play the difference than parting with the entire tab.

I have been reducing some of my less favorite cues and now I am about at 11.

My group is about $25,000.

Damn it is addictive.

The cost of these cues? I try to not think about it.

Hey Charlie,

How do you like the Tice? He's from my neck of the woods. I have only seen one.

Lisa, Dave Tice builds a very nice cue. I had this cue built a little lighter than I'm used to, and 12.75mm shafts, which is smaller than my normal (13mm). I just wanted to try something different. I got what I ordered, but don't really like the specs. I'm having a new shaft built for it, and it should be fine. Except this cue, all my cues have ivory ferrules.
Dave won't use ivory. For the money, I don't think anyone can go wrong with his cues.

I'm fairly certain that Santos Sambajon used to play with a Tice.

Believe it or not, I don't know. Dennis has my specs and some of the things I want, such as leather wrap, ivory butt cap, ivory joint, radial pin. I gave him a dollar amount and told him to completely design it 100%. I feel I'll be very happy with the design. He has started on it and it will probably be finished in about 3 1/2 months. He said he would very much enjoy building this cue, under these terms. BTW, I've had other cues built letting the maker design it, and it has always work out well.

Thats pretty much what I do with CMs I give them some specs. and tell them to have fun designing.I have yet to be dissapointed.

It seem no matter how many cues I own I always find another I have to have, but here is my current collection:

3- Searing
2- Bob Runde
1- Jim Tobler (Searing shop cue)
1- Hercek
1- Lebow
1- PFD
1- Mark Bear
1- Richard Harris
1- Ted Harris
1- Eurowest
1- Larry Mohr
1- Viattorre
1- Clint Putman
1- Meucci

Much like other have said--I try not to think about how much I have invested.

So far to go!

Boy,

Looking at some of these Collections I'm almost ashamed to post...but here it goes...

Meucci Original Gambler
Schon LTD
Fury RP9
Jerico Stinger J/B
CueTec Graphite - purchased when CueTec was the new kid on the block...

Funny, but I'll list it anyway...

My 1st 2-piece cue, (circa 1977), was actually an Aluminum Shaft, (totally hollow, with a screw on tip/ferule), and a solid composite butt!...oh, and it was red! :D

Still have it in the back of a closet somewhere too!...anybody want to trade? :p

Someone told me the other day that if you own more than four cues you are "collecting". I argued that I was "trying out" cues, then re-selling, but now I have nine...I give up.

Rauenzahn playing cue, cocobola with ivory joint
Hightower jump/break
Mottey back-up
Scruggs ugly Sneaky pete (love it)
Rauenzahn plain jane - former playing cue, disposing of
Ralph Chomors - fantastic players cue, refinishing for son
Brunswick Hoppe - restoration project
Brunswick Titlist - restoration project
early 1900's Brunswick snooker - conversion project
