I hesitate to make medical judgments about people. Your post in that regards seems like an ad hominem attack as well.
That being said, I am all for forum moderation. The moderators don't get paid enough to do what they do.
It's a thankless job, well almost...The truth is that if you want to see the forum members to improve the way they talk to one another on this forum, when you see a post that is obviously mean-spirited, an ad hominem attack or any other forum-rule breaking post, you should report it.
Just be warned, that if you use the REPORT BAD POST, frivolously, El Kabong might just be aiming his guitar at your head.
Pat didn't get his current ban because of anything aiming related. He committed forum suicide in the abyss called NPR by going head to head with Wilson.

I have seen you whine that you are not able to learn about them because of certain people. Yet you went out of your way to dig up a negative reviews of Stan's DVD which does not indicate that you are interested in learning at all.

And how does this violate the forum rules? Since nothing you have typed in these past several aiming threads has anything to do with aiming systems and has contributed greatly to the general negativity it would have been better has you typed nothing. Since you seem to be unable to follow your own advice and practice what you preach you would do more service to the forum if you willingly made yourself unable to post. Naturally I do not really wish that you cut your fingers off to do this but I would not be upset if you duct taped your hands into some boxing gloves for a couple weeks while those of us with vested interests sort out our differences here without your preachy hypocritical opinion.

I like rock climbing because you can either make a hard move or not. The rock doesn't care anything about you, or how you do it. You just have to figure it out. The techniques are few and simple.
If only pool were so clean.
Beating someone doesn't make a technique true.
Most people don't really understand what they are doing--including pros.
Pool is too complicated for the limited pool science we know to be very useful, except as a loose guide, much like aiming systems.
Just like in the rest of the world, even "proof" from a physics/mathematics perspective is subject to change because of missed factors or an incomplete understanding (which is surely true for pool).
Sadly, there is a lot of, "cargo science" in pool--but it doesn't matter--because in human psychology, faith in anything can help.
Please, let's stop this silly arguing, and have a self-imposed, temporary moratorium on aiming threads to give us all a chance to breathe a little easier.
Surely there are other things worth discussing....
