Thanks guys for all Your help! Does anyone know him or at least can get ahold of him?
Miro

He switched between vietnam and australia and as I know of, he is residing in Melbourne, australia, and he does play some pool there, and of course try to buy/sell some cues.

I think he is out of Viet Nam, I could be wrong but if I remember right he was trying to but a Bobby Hunter cue and couldn't pay the owner of the cue thru western union
because Vietnamese Government doesn't allow its own people transfer cash out of the country over a 500 limit or something like that.

Mike, you are correct about the fx control policy in vietnam, we have to be a business entity to be able to transfer money out, or transfer to family member but at limited amount. But if we really want something, paypal is the most convenient option, we just have to pay for fee and high fx rate, total cost maybe up to 10% of what seller gets.

i was helping a friend to sell his cue and he worked out a deal with milji (Miroslav Troskot), an azb member from Croatia. they agreed to a deal of trading his cue for milji's cue plus some shafts and some cash.

after milji got the cue, he claimed that the cue was not what he expected, and according to him, worthless; but refused to send the cue back before getting all his stuffs and money back.

after milji made a bunch of threats of having police and authorities involved, he finally agreed to having worked out the ordeal as following: after milji got his cues and shafts back, milji would send the other cue back to us and get his money back.

milji's cue and shafts reached him safe and sound. it was then his turn to ship our stuffs back.

between the process, i had another friend who wanted to buy one of milji's shafts, i helped pay for it and asked milji to put this shaft together with the cue when he shipped it back.

when milji sent the cue back, it was damaged, multiple cracks over buttsleeve, broken buttcap, a tip fell off one of the shafts. the extra shaft we paid for was fortunately ok. when notified about the situation he accused us to incurring the damage to this cue to avoid paying him back.

consider this my only post on this matter:
1. i no longer have this cue
2. i no longer have your money
3. If i were a thief, you wouldn't have your cue and shafts back; and i also helped you sell a good shaft.

post #10 in this thread. you can't give him RED.

he's BANNED!

He tried to screw me out of $1k or more. We worked out a deal on a Cog I had. PMs me telling me that the cue is warped and "flops like a fish" when rolled on the table. He then says he wants me to either:
1. Buy the cue back for about $1k more than what our deal was for.
2. Ship the cue at my expense to Gold , pay for him to completely rebuild the cue, make new shafts and then pay for shipping back to Vo.
3. He keeps the cue and I give him $1k.
Needless to say, none of those options worked for me. Then a few days later he lists the cue for sale stating how perfect it was. He also listed it on Ebay saying the same thing. I called him out on it. It was just a matter of time before he screwed someone else.

Why didnt you just undo the deal? He did not agree to?
