Alex & SVB Score Thread

Yep 10 ball race to 100 the superior breaker should win every time at that level. A huge break is so vital to really control the table and in a race to one hundered the good rolls have time to even out and the better man should win. If it's 100- 98 or something I don't think it's settled who the better man was that day though.

Who is a better match for SVB in a 10ball race to 100? Dennis Orcullo or Ronnie Alcano? Who has the better break for 10 ball? I want to see the Phillipine's best representative try to dethrone SVB.

None of them are going to out break him or even come close, they would have to out play/manouver him big time in a race to 100.

I guess I DID jinx him! lol I don't think so. I don't believe in jinxes and I'd bet everything I own on SVB to win from here.

Rack number 158 Alex breaks 6 ball goes in, alex opts for a push out SVB returns the chance to alex again, alex tries for a saftey again... but leaves an edge... SVB plays a good saftey. Alex plays an intentional foul and ties up the 3 and 9, SVB plays the 1 and 2 and plays a safe on the 3. Alex flops again 4 times in a row.... easy rack for SVB 3 - 4 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10. to win 85 - 73.

Oh I would love to keep hearing play-by-play like this. I'm trapped at work on a computer that won't allow video.

All Alex has to do is go on another run like he did earlier and Shane's lead would be gone.

Everyone is talking about who would be the best matchup for Shane, in 10-ball, I think you're looking at one of 3 people who would do just that. The other two being Bustie and Ronnie. I actually think Shane would be the underdog in both those matches, though I would be pulling for Shane the whole time.

Rack number 159 SVB to break.. . nothing on break alex comes in pots a long 1 runs out of position on the 2 (again a long shot) makes the 2 but bad position on the 3.. plays a safe behind the 6. SVB kicks it one rail and leaves an open table but a difficult 3 ball...Alex pots the difficult 3 pots 4 - 5 - 6 - 7- 8- 9- 10 to win 85 - 74 lions still hangin in there

It ain't over till the fat lady sings, and we all know Alex is a come-from-behind stretch runner. Shane is a front runner. It won't be over until they get to 100....

keep it down. Shane has not reach that status yet. he has a massive break but he ain't the 10-ball king. it would be really disappointing if Shane will fall short of your expectations. you might as well get blamed and ridiculed if Shane will never become number 1. :D :D :D
