Myron's James White Cue Cap Set....
Ebony and Ivory.....
Myron, did I surprise you??
I wanted too...;)

May not seen like, but, lots of machining to make this Cap..
And, Lots of Ivory.."Believe It or Not" ...:embarrassed2:
Lots of the Ivory was machined out... The only way I could do it without a CNC or Pantograph..

Critical spacing during the Inlaying was required to insure
everything lines-up and be equally spaced to hold correct proportions and shape..

I couldn't do the small Ivory Diamonds in the Ring like on Myron's Cue, so ,
I made the Spears go into the Radiused Slots in the Trim Ring..
Hope you like it Myron...:p

"Would you like to buy this Balabushka sir? Its $30,000 and a good deal....or...you can get it for only $20,000 but without Alton's cue caps".

Alton, that's a beautiful cap set...should go tremendously well with the JWM. That is also a neat way of achieving the look of this particular inlay !!

Jaime

The is the cue that Alton made the cue caps for.
I was able to pry the cue away from Paul the first time he brought it out.
Love the work in the cue and now it is going to be set off by the cue caps from Alton.

The pictures look great and I really love the way it turned out.
Exceptional once again.
Cannot wait to see it on the cue.

For those that are not aware, the caps for the shafts are pure ivory.
That is a lot of ivory in that set.

Cannot wait to talk to you in person at VF.
See you in the spring.

I hope you were surprised..:grin-square:
I wanted you to come on the AZ site and see it unexpectedly.. Like
Just to add another exciting moment, waiting for something you ordered.
The next exciting moment is when it arrives in the Mail and seeing it "In Hand"... And then, trying it on your Cue.. The best Moment of all..

Remember when you first showed me this James White Cue? I really wanted to do it.. I knew it was a challenge, because it's a design I haven't done before..
Thanks Myron
