Amazing Bank Shot Video from Diamond Pool Tour Finale

Cool under the heat. He didn't even flinch when he got that bad roll off the shot on the 9. Just rolled with it & drilled it. Thanks for posting this.

Glad you all enjoyed the shot. I should have all matches from last weekends Finale up in a few days. ;)

Gus Briseno tied at 4-4 in the Diamond Pool Tour Finale Finals playing Mitch Ellerman. He is in a bad position on the 10 and comes up with this stroke of genius.

That was amazing. I wonder what type of english he used on that shot, to make it reverse back toward the other side pocket after hitting the 2nd rail. That was really cool. Do Bank pool players practice these types of shots much?

I would assume that hitting it hard enough and compressing the rail would put the necessary english off the first rail. I don't think he would need to put anything extra on it. Amazing shot. I am going to have to remember and try that one.

I was waiting for John's input!! John, what are your thoughts on this shot during the match?

It's a hanger on certain tables providing you know that before hand, which he must have..

Works good on some tables but not all tables. Only takes a few minutes to find out as long as you are hitting the shot right. I was showing this shot to Fatboy on his home GC and I made it 10 times in a row and quit. JB
